Leo Donofrio, Stephen Pidgeon to

Bring Quo Warranto Against Obama

Posted December 7th, 2009 by Njon

A key element that has been discussed in the Obama eligibility issue has been the quo warranto provisions of the Washington D.C. code. Quo warranto is a challenge to the legitimacy of an office holder who is believed to be a usurper.

Attorney Leo Donofrio had filed a case against Obama while he was still a candidate. It was reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court, which decided not to hear the case. Attorney Stephen Pidgeon has also been involved in attempt(s) to litigate the issue. Mr. Pidgeon’s website is http://stephenpidgeon.com…

On November 28th, Mr. Donofrio shut down his legal blog: http://naturalborncitizen…
He essentially stated that quo warranto was the only way to judicially challenge Obama’s eligibility now that he is sworn in. However, as I believe that he had mentioned before there has to be someone who has standing to bring the action in accordance with the statute and judicial precedent.

Then, on December 5th, Phil at The Right Side of Life made a post at http://www.therightsideof… discussing an unconfirmed report by Portland Civil Rights Examiner Dianna Cotter at http://www.examiner.com/x… that Mr. Donofrio and Mr. Pidgeon were teaming up with automotive dealers who lost their businesses as a result of government takeover of the auto industry in order to both dispute the decision affecting their dealerships and also to bring quo warranto challenging the very legitimacy of the Obama administration.

In a December 6th update at the link above, Phil has confirmed that the report is true. Additional details are available at Phil’s updated post.

Ed. I am unfortunate in that I find that I accidentally drank way too much yesterday, and with the shape my head is in at the moment I have not yet digested the above article.

Talk amongst yourselves.  Just not to loudly.
