Why has Barack Hussein Obama spent as much as 1.4 million dollars, to block the American people from seeing his actual birth certificate… the one document that could prove that he is not a fraud and a usurper?

And that 1.4 million figure doesn’t even include actions taken by the United States Department of Justice on your tax-dime.

According to WorldNetDaily.com: “President Obama may be using his political action committee funds to stomp out eligibility lawsuits brought by Americans, as he has paid more than 1.35 million to his top lawyer since the election.”

“Obama for America, Obama’s 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as ‘Obama 2.0′ is still collecting financial contributions.

“Federal Election Commission records for ‘Obama for America’ show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly 1,352,378.95 since the 2008 election.”

Barack Obama still has the nerve to accuse American citizens of buying into a “conspiracy theory” even though he is spending untold amounts to fight efforts that would compel him to produce the one document that could bolster the argument that he is, in fact, eligible under Article 2, Section 1, of the United States Constitution to hold the office of President of the United States.

And as for the Mainstream Media (MSM)… why don’t you see headlines that read: President of the United States Spends 1.4 Million Dollars To Obstruct Investigation Into Conspiracy Theory?

The answer is obvious. The MSM is hoping and praying that you don’t notice because if you do, they’d be compelled to cover the story.

Of course the MSM would spin the story, but the MSM knows that no amount of spin can prevent Americans from asking, in increasing numbers ask, what does Barack Obama have to hide?

That’s what the MSM fears and with your help, we’re going to make those nightmares come true.

That’s why we’re going to continue deluging their newsrooms – their inner-sanctums – with faxes from American citizens like you demanding that they stop distorting and start reporting.

Early Aug. WND:

Because of the recent surge in the number of inquiries about the birthplace of Obama, Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino recently reissued a statement that he was born in Hawaii, and his certificate of live birth can be seen on the Internet. However, that’s not good enough for the Birthers who want to see the long form of the birth certificate that states the hospital and other details, because no hospital in Honolulu has any record of his birth.

I had not put much thought or time into the Birthers’ argument, but decided to do some research after it became a public issue again. Instead of finding more answers, my research only raised more questions. Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was born in Kansas in 1942, which makes her a U.S. citizen. She married Barrack Hussein Obama Sr., a Kenyan native who was a British subject, whose citizenship status was governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, which would have allowed Obama Jr. to have dual citizenship.

After Obama’s parents divorced, his mother later married an Indonesian businessman, Lolo Soetoro, and she moved with her son to Indonesia in 1966 or 1967. She became an Indonesian citizen and Obama was allegedly adopted by Soetoro, took on the name of his stepfather, and was registered in school documents as Barry Soetoro. His mother divorced for the second time and Obama moved back to Hawaii with his mother and half-sister at the age of 10. By the way, his half-sister Maya Soetoro-Ng was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but0Asome claim she also possesses a certificate of live birth from Hawaii.

The smoking gun in this whole scenario is not whether he was born in Hawaii or Kenya, but it may boil down to a trip Obama took to Indonesia and Pakistan in the summer of 1981 with a Pakistani friend, Wahid Hamid, who attended Occidental College with him. Obama fails to mention the trip in either of his books, but he did discuss the trip to Pakistan during a speech in San Francisco on April 6, 2008. Obama’s campaign press secretary, Bill Burton, confirmed the visit to Pakistan in 1981 on his return from Indonesia, so it is well established that he made the trip.

What makes this so interesting is that the U.S. State Department had Pakistan on a “no travel” list (Actually it has since been determined that Pakistan was not on a “no travel” list, more like a “caution if you go” list) in 1981. Pakistan was under martial law at the time and Americans were prohibited from entering the country. A U.S. passport would not have allowed him to enter Pakistan, but the country accepted an Indonesian or British passport at that time. So the question is: If he could not use a U.S. passport, what passport was Obama offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration on his trip as a young college student?

There are only two possibilities: 1) If he used a British passport it would provide proof that he was either born in Kenya, as the Birther’s claim, or he accepted the citizenship of his Kenyan fat her; or 2) if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport, that would tend to prove that he was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather in 1967, and he relinquished whatever citizenship he held, American or British.

This bizarre supposition and its implications would be excellent fodder for a future Tom Clancy or Dan Brown novel. The President could summarily dismiss all of these accusations by simply showing his long form birth certificate, passports, visas, and college records (some believe he received aid as a foreign student). However, President Obama has refused to share the documents and he has purportedly spent over a million dollars with three law firms in an effort to thwart court attempts to reveal the documents. If he has nothing to hide, I hope for his benefit and the sake of the country that he shows the documents so the whole ordeal can be put to rest. Until he does, the Born Identity movement will not only grow larger, but it could threaten to derail his credibility with many of the American people.

Barack Hussein Obama does not meet Article II – Section I – Clause 5 requirements,

Article II of the Constitution is not written as a requirement for American citizens. It is wr itten as a requirement for only those who wish to be president of the Unites States. Implicit in that requirement, is the fact that one held accountable for the requirement must be willing to provide proof of meeting the requirement, if asked to do so. Obama has been asked to do so thousands of times, hundreds of ways, including in courts of law, for two years now.

He thus far refuses to comply, and on that basis alone, he does NOT meet Article II requirements. The burden of proof rests with the applicant, not the people he is employed by.

Like any other job applicant in America, if as a condition of employment, he is asked to take a drug test to prove he is not on drugs, he can decline to take the test, but then he doesn’t qualify for the job.

The employer does not have to prove that the applicant is on drugs, the applicant has to prove he isn’t, as a stated condition of employment.

The same is true here. Being a “natural born citizen” is a “stated condition of employment” for the Oval Office. It is up to the applicant to prove that he meets that condition, when asked, if not before.

Obama Agrees!

Not now, but when h e sat on the Senate Committee which resolved that John McCain was indeed eligible to run for the Oval Office, Obama seemed to understand and fully agree with the Founders constitutional requirement of “natural born citizen.”

In fact, he and his fellow Democrats went so far as to establish how and why John McCain met the Article II “natural born citizen” requirement. Here’s their resolution… http://leahy.senate.gov/press/200804/041008c.html

In it, Obama and fellow Democrats state three very important facts….the entire basis for their resolve in confirming Senator John McCain as both a “natural born citizen” and in compliance with Article II requirements to be President.

1. Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a ‘‘natural born Citizen’’ of the United States;
2. Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens;
3. – be it Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a ‘‘natural born Citizen’’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

In short, as Democrat Senator Patrick Leahy stated so well, “Because he [McCain] was born to American citizens, there is no doubt in my mind that Senator McCain is a natural born citizen.”

There is NO such Senate resolution concerning Barack Hussein Obama, because as Obama & Co. know so well, Obama was NOT “born to American citizens.”

His birth father, Barack Hussein Obama I was a “natural born citizen” of Kenya, and was NEVER a legal citizen of the United States. As a result, Barack Hussein Obama II cannot pass Article II – Section I – Clause 5 requirements for the office he fraudulently holds at present.

Even Obama and his Democrat friends were VERY clear about this when it concerned Senator John McCain. They have clearly had a memory lapse since…

As it stands, Obama is the only president in history whose birthplace is unknown to the public – a fact that would be stated on the actual birth certificate. Interestingly, his family has mentioned two different hospitals in Hawaii as the place of birth.—Obama’s refusal to release his birth certificate does mean that Obama remains one of America’s most mysterious and opaque presidents ever.”

Over the last two years, Obama has named two different Hawaiian hospitals as his place of birth. Neither hospital will confirm… He, or his campaign, offered two different COLBs (Certifications of Live Birth, NOT Certificates of Live Birth) and then FactCheck (owned, operated and edited by Obama’s past community organizing employer, Annenberg) came up with their own Obama COLB, which of course did not match the COLBs offered by Team Obama.

Documents uncovered by WND strongly suggest Barack Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham, President Obama’s parents, did not live at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway in Hawaii – even though birth announcements in local newspapers listed that address.

Both newspapers, the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin, carried the announcement about the Aug. 4, 1961, birth. Both included the 6085 Kalanianaole Highway address.

But WND has confirmed that the house at that street number was owned and occupied in 1961 by another longtime resident Hawaiian couple. Moreover, throughout the time he was in Hawaii, Barack Obama Sr. maintained his own separate apartment at 625 11th Ave. in Kaimuki, within walking distance of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he was enrolled for studies in the fall term 1959.

‘Birth home’ at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway on Oahu

The records from a Honolulu title search, obtained by WND, document 6085 Kalanianaole Highway was purchased in 1958 by Orland Scott Lefforge, a University of Hawaii professor, and his wife/companion Thelma Young, who lived at the property and remained owners into the 1970s.

With Lefforge and Young occupying the main residence at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway in 1961, the only possibility would have been for Barack Obama Sr. to occupy with his wife Ann Dunham Obama and their infant son the small cottage

behind the house, a suggestion discussed earlier by the Honolulu Advertiser.

Unlike the easy access from the apartment maintained by Barack Obama Sr. on 11th Ave., the property at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway is about seven miles from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, with the university difficult to reach by automobile, especially during morning and evening=2 0rush hours.

Further, WND has found no documentary evidence that either Barack Obama Sr. or Ann Dunham owned any automobile in Hawaii in 1961.

According to newspaper death notices published in the Star Bulletin, Lefforge died on July 4, 2007, at the age of 91; Young died June 28, 2008, also at the age of 91.

WND can find no published interviews with Lefforge or Young concerning whether or not the Obama family ever lived on their 6085 Kalanianaole Highway property.

Obama ‘mama’: 15 days from birth to Seattle class

WND has reported previously that Dunham was registered for college classes in Seattle only 15 days after reportedly delivering her first-born child in Honolulu, according to school records.

At StatePaper.com, we know by making this statement we will be instantly tagged as “racist,” “birther,” or other pejorative terms by those who defend the President of the United States. We often defend the President and the job he is doing and are regularly lambasted for being “too liberal” or an “Obama lover” by some of our most prolific critics.

But, here is the issue:

The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of our country. Article II of the Constitution requires the President to be a natural born citizen. Without reciting them here, there appears to be some serious questions raised about whether President Obama was born in the United States or Kenya. We have not checked sources, but there are reports that some witnessed his birth in Kenya.

The President’s campaign staff and then his administration have released and placed on the internet a “Certificate of Live Birth.” We do not dispute the validity or correctness of that document as others have tried to do, suggesting the use of computers to alter seals and names. By releasing this document the President agrees that the claims about his status as a natural born citizen is an open, important, public issue.

But, this “Certificate of Live Birth” is simply not the best evidence that the President and his administration could offer to lay to rest any doubt about his status as a natural born citizen.

Barack Obama is a lawyer and a graduate of Harvard Law School. All law students study the body of law we call “Evidence.” One of the core tenets of American law is the “best evidence rule” which requires the production of original, or certified copies, of original document to prove a fact. Abstracts and summaries are not original documents.

The President has offered an abstract (Certificate) of his birth, but not an original birth certificate which would be the best evidence of his birth. We need the best evidence so that it can do what the best evidence is meant to do; dispel the doubts about a fact. We need to see the Birth Certificate. That’s the one that is often handwritten and signed by the doctor.

Lawyers and legal thinkers will, obviously, argue the finer points of the “Best Evidence Rule” and its applicability to this matter. But, that misses the point. The notion of “Best Evidence” is solidly-grounded in law. This is an important public matter and it seems now that the President has started down the path of offering some evidence (Certificate of Live Birth), he should offer the “best evidence” (Original Birth Certificate) which is the source document for his birth. The document behind the document which has been released. This is what is needed now in the court of public knowledge.

The fact in question here is the constitutional qualification of the President of the United States to hold offic e. With a simple nod, the President could offer the American people the best evidence, the source document(s), as he learned about at Harvard, and dispel those who question his birth as a natural born citizen. His failure to provide this best evidence, when it could be so easily done, raises only more questions, which fuels an ugly public debate.*

Meaning that we’ve now got a “Liberal” Nebraska newspaper advising Barry to cough up his birth certificate.
